At your children's first visit we will
review the basics of good oral health and, if needed,
provide helpful strategies for improving it. Our goal
is to help your children be cavity free. In addition
to this consultation, your children will have a cleaning,
fluoride treatment, and an exam. Only when necessary
and on an individual basis, x-rays may be taken. The
doctor will then look at all the information and develop a
plan with you which will address your children's individual
needs. Our role is to provide you with enough
information to enable you to make an informed decision
regarding your children's health.
Our office has four administrative staff
members to assist you with appointments, insurance and
financial matters and four Receptionists to handle your
appointment-day needs. Our clinical staff consists of
two hygienists, seven assistants and a Registered Nurse. If
you should ever have any concerns, our Office Manager is
available to listen to and address your concerns.
We feel you and your
child's dentist should be able to mutually agree on
decisions regarding your children's health. Our
relationship is with our patients and their parents, not
insurance companies. This is why we expect payment at
the time of service. We will be able to provide you
with a detailed plan which will let you know exactly how
much your insurance company will pay for each procedure, as
well as the portion you will be required to pay.
In order to make these estimates as accurate as possible, we
need your help. Please call your insurance company
before the visit to ensure your children are enrolled on
your dental plan. In addition, you will want to bring
a dental benefit book that your carrier should be able to
provide. Our administrative staff are experts with
insurance and will be happy to help you understand your
policy.
We have one simple goal:
Provide the highest quality of service and exceed your
expectations every step of the way. When you see that
we meet these standards, please thank us by telling your
neighbors and friends. If we fail to meet your
expectations, please let us know so we can improve.
